Rod integrates ‘HC Analytics’ with ‘Continuous Improvement’ and ‘Agile Learning’ strategies to bring about lasting behavioural change across organisations. He is co-founder of Assentire Ltd and creator of the ‘Innovation Audit 3.0’, a framework designed to enhance collaboration through agile learning practice.

Rod is an APECS Executive Coach, He spent > 25 years in HiTech, working in Blue-Chip companies, establishing high performing multi-cultural teams. His philosophy is one of Continuous Improvement guided by Appreciative Inquiry and Peer-Coaching. His passion Accelerating Collaboration Everywhere

  Parag is an experienced and proven senior leader passionate about helping organisations, teams and individuals improve their change capability and agility. He has been involved with a fast-changing multitude of business transformation programmes and projects in multi-national, complex and fast-changing business environments.   

Parag holds an MBA from Durham University Business School and various professional certifications such as AgilePM®, Scrum Master®, Lean Sigma Black Belt, MSP®, PRINCE2® and EFQM Business Excellence Assessor.  

Patrick Ballin FRSA MA FHEA


  Working as an executive coach and consultant with organisations across the private, public and non-profit sectors, Patrick helps senior managers and global teams to enhance their professional performance, leverage their leadership style and achieve their business and career goals.  

Patrick has advised on the establishment of the internal learning and development academies at both Morrisons and Grant Thornton. He holds an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, a national HEA Teaching Fellowship and is a Fellow of the RSA.   

Anthony G. Parker


Anthony has over 17 years experience collaborating on large scale digital transformation projects for the telecoms sector working with clients including Etisalat, BT, Microsoft and Vodafone. Highly experienced with design techniques and delivering end-to-end collaborative solutions, Anthony has a wide breadth of knowledge from both small consultancy startups to large global corporates. Recently he completed an MBA from Henley Business School where his thesis concentrated on improving employee engagement and became a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.

 Angie Main is an organisational development and employee engagement practitioner. She specialises in developing and delivering creative yet practical programs to help folks engage with new ways of working. Angie enjoys team settings and has significant experience in helping teams form and thrive.

Adrian Fry eMBA FCMI


Adrian has a passion for people, building trust, inspiring others and creativity.  His career is focused on high performing collaborative teams in the fast-paced world of cutting edge technology. He has worked in start-ups to MNE’s, covering Aircraft software, broadcast technology, collaboration experience, Internet of Things, and Cyber Security.  He has practice geographically Agile and Waterfall methodologies in the real world! He has built and managed teams locally and geographically split utilising technology to enable collaboration.  He is a certified NLP Master practitioner and coach as well as a trustee for a Times top 3 not for profit.

Over the last 30+ years, Michael has held CEO and President roles in Europe and the USA. His understanding of the challenges of value creation and exit planning comes from first-hand experience and implementation.

Stefan is also a keen evangelist and practitioner of the ‘continuous improvement mantra’, whether part of transformative business process re-engineering programs (M&A) or establishing positive and supportive daily routines at the workplace or in personal life.
