He has been involved with multitude of business transformation programmes and projects in multi-national, complex and fast changing business environments.
Parag holds an MBA from Durham University Business School and various professional certifications such as AgilePM®, Scrum Master®, Lean Sigma Black Belt, MSP®, PRINCE2® and EFQM Business Excellence Assessor.
Working as an executive coach and consultant with organisations across the private, public and non-profit sectors, Patrick helps senior managers and global teams to enhance their professional performance, leverage their leadership style and achieve their business and career goals.
Patrick is a Visiting Lecturer on Specialist Masters Programmes at Brighton Business School and has advised on the establishment of the internal learning and development academies at both Morrisons and Grant Thornton. He holds an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and is a Fellow of the RSA.
