Patrick is a Visiting Lecturer on Specialist Masters Programmes at Brighton Business School and has advised on the establishment of the internal learning and development academies at both Morrisons and Grant Thornton. He holds an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and is a Fellow of the RSA.

Anthony has over 17 years experience collaborating on large scale digital transformation projects for the telecoms sector working with clients including Etisalat, BT, Microsoft and Vodafone. Highly experienced with design techniques and delivering end-to-end collaborative solutions, Anthony has a wide breadth of knowledge from both small consultancy startups to large global corporates. Recently he completed an MBA from Henley Business School where his thesis concentrated on improving employee engagement and became a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.
